Public Meetings
Full Parish Council meetings are held around the parish at the 4 community buildings in each ward.
Planning, Asset Management, Finance & Scrutiny and Staffing meetings usually take place at Coxley Memorial Hall (please see our page on 'Community Buildings').
A list of all scheduled meetings is available, and the venue for all meetings are recorded in the Council Calendar of Meetings.
Statutory Council Meetings
The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority meetings) (England) Regulations 2020 is no longer in force after May 7th 2021. Notices / Agendas are once again posted on our noticeboards and our meetings will be published on both the website and noticeboards.
Non-Statutory Remote Meetings and Public Access
Statutory meetings are those which the Parish Council must hold: they include the meetings of Full Council and Committee meetings. Working Groups and informal meetings can continue to be held online and we would urge all interested residents to get in touch, if they would like to contribute.
